ECOChain完成了ETH完整的無縫對接

嘉賓：好的。ECOChain是一個基于POS共識算法的公有鏈。我們在2017年做技術定型到2019年10月主網上線，底層部分開發歷時2年。

ECOChain在金融領域的應用有巨大潛力

主持人：可以了解到ECOChain是一條獨立的公鏈，并且19年主網已經上線到現在可以說已經很成熟了。在此也希望ECOChain生態可以做得越來越健壯，DApp越來越多。

嘉賓：好的！ECOChain是以POS作為系統共識機制，系統內部支持VM虛擬機，ECOChain系統內支持部署只能合約。那么以上述兩點作為基礎，首先POS權益證明無需消耗大量的資源去做運算，POS降低了驗證者的成本同時提升了系統的運行效率，使得ECOChain鏈上的交易效率以及交易成本優于以太坊，在智能合約的加持下ECOChain上完全具備可以構建大量DeFi協議條件。

另一方面當下眾多的公鏈系統，難以部署DeFi的原因在于資產豐富度不足，跨鏈技術薄弱使得鏈上成為了沒有車的“高速公路”。所以目前DeFi的部署仍舊需要與以太坊等系統進行一個聯動，以及金融模型的不健全造成了definitely部分產品的生命周期短暫。

美國法官合并三起針對Silvergate Bank的訴訟:金色財經報道，美國加州北區地方法院法官Jacqueline Scott Corley裁定將投資者對加密友好銀行Silvergate Bank的三起訴訟合并，三起案件均指控Silvergate協助并教唆加密交易所FTX欺詐投資者的行為，包括處理FTX客戶資金向Alameda Research的非法轉移。Matson Magleby、Golam Sakline、Nicole Keane和Sonam Bhatia在2月份提起了這三起訴訟。（Cointelegraph）[2023/4/20 14:15:44]

ECOChain是一個剛剛完成的公有鏈系統

主持人：您上面介紹到ECOC生態已經發布了EFG借貸Definitely跨鏈型借貸產品，那請問ECOChain生態現在有哪些產品呢？

新體育經濟研究所已提交法庭之友簡報支持美國SEC:11月21日消息，體育投資集團新體育經濟研究所（NSEI）近日已提交有關美國SEC與Ripple訴訟案的法庭之友簡報，以支持美國SEC。

NSEI寫道，加密貨幣就像“一只參與監管套利的變色龍，當它想吸引資本并吸引‘投資者’時，將自己標榜為一種資產。但當它面臨監管審查時，就改口稱自己是一種貨幣。這種轉變不僅虛偽，而且荒唐。”（Forkast）[2022/11/21 7:52:29]

借貸是搭建DeFi生態的基本場景

主持人：咱們繼續下一個問題。據了解，ECOChain生態具有三種Token，且都上了MXC。那能跟大家介紹下ECOC、EFG和GPT三者之間的關系？

嘉賓：借貸是目前DeFi中較為常見的場景，也是一個搭建DeFi生態的基本場景。ECOChain的借貸協議中會涉及到三個通證，ECOChain的原生通證ECOC、EFG協議中的借貸代幣EFG以及寬限期代幣GPT。

在這個借貸協議中，用戶可以在協議內向智能合約抵押ECOC代幣，此時會以60%的質押率為基礎給用戶發放EFG代幣作為借貸資產，而抵押資產不僅可以是ECOC，未來也將支持以太坊、比特幣等等主流資產作為抵押品。

而用戶歸還EFG代幣時，需要將利息一并歸還。利率是按照每天萬分之三計算，總利息計息取決于區塊的時間戳。當用戶資產質押率低于60%以下時，智能合約將開啟清算，即抵押品比如ECOC代幣會被清算機制扣除。

由于在ECOC與EFG雙幣種市場價格波動的基礎上，會出現一定的性的非理想化利潤獲取，導致一些用戶的資產挪用后無法及時償還，所以EFG、DeFi系統設定了合約延期功能，繳納借貸金額等值5％的GTP即可延期7個小時，而更加合理的是在你預期無法償還的一定時間內，我們會有280個區塊的延長期為您提供合約延長保證金的繳納，GPT代幣是EFG借貸行為中投資者風險延期利益保障的主要因素。

而對于GPT而言，其自身具備了超強應用環境之外，更加富裕了它資本價值，無論是EFG的貸款還是EFG的質押獲取GPT代幣，其實從代幣價值上漲的角度上都會為持有者帶來較高的價值空間。無論是挖礦獲取GPT還是獲取借貸獲取EFG都會為參與者帶來一定的收獲。

EFG有90%是由借貸產生

嘉賓：EFG總量固定100萬枚，10%將由發行人預扣，90%將由貸款智能合約轉移和擁有，也就是說EFG有90%是由借貸產生，而EFG將不會銷毀也不會被增發。

GPT總量1萬枚，僅用于延遲抵押品的清算。與EFG代幣類似，90%的GPT代幣最初存入貸款智能卡，10%將由發行人預扣。

目前，EFG流通量僅有約為10萬枚，而有大概8萬多枚EFG代幣在用于挖礦GPT，這個數據一直在增加。倘若100萬枚EFG同時挖礦GPT，以目前系統的算法預計三個月完全釋放9000枚GPT，而按照目前實際情況EFG挖礦至少要持續兩年以上才能挖完所有的GPT。

嘉賓：我們用一個簡單的計算方式就可以計算出來EFG真正的流通市值，我們剛才提到了一個數據，就是挖礦的EFG是8萬枚證明流通有大概2萬枚。我們用2萬×現有價格就好了，按照現在的價格2萬×140=280萬。在所有項目中，EFG的市值只是項目的開始而已！

嘉賓：區塊鏈本身的精神就是去中心化公開透明，完全可以透露，按照我們現有的數據，完全公開的數據，GPT流通量1000枚乘現有的市值，1000×5000=540萬美金的市值。

不過大家可以通過ECOC區塊瀏覽器看到有600個GPT并未轉出，所以我們要減去600，還剩下400。

按照現有市值賬戶的總額計算GTP現有流通量256枚計算市值是256×5000=123萬美金。

比特幣是行為金融的最好案例

比特幣就是行為金融的最好案例。EFG與GTP也是，他具備了少量與必須的基本元素，少量的發行，必須償還的特性，這樣促進了加以這的交易行為，而借貸部分出現了借貸行為借貸者已經盈利百分之二十，這樣形成了借貸者的交易動機，所以就完成了上述理論，當然行為金融學有投機理論部分也包含在了EFG與GTP當中！
